Untopo processes in particular:

• account data (email, credentials, profile);
• report data (transcribed voice notes, photos, annotations, PDF exports);
• personalization data (company name, logo, signature);
• technical data (logs, diagnostics);
• billing data (subscription status via Stripe).

3. Purposes

Data is processed to provide the application, create and export reports, manage subscriptions, and secure the service.

4. Subprocessors

Data may be processed by Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Resend, Stripe, and Sentry, to the extent necessary for their respective services.

5. Individual rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your data by writing to contact@untopo.com.
